shipping + Ordering

Materials

All materials used— from paints to surfaces and varnishes— are professional grade.

I do my best to preserve and elevate my works, by using professional grade Originals

Originals come signed, titled, and dated on the back unless otherwise requested.

Works on paper up to 16x20 will ship flat inside a rigid envelope. Bigger pieces will be carefully rolled and sent in a tube. These will travel either First Class or Priority (weight depending) 3-5 days after your order.

Canvas + birch panels will be stoutly wrapped, providing maximum protection during transit.  

In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of confirmed payment (unless specified for holidays or vacations.)

Prints

All prints are museum-quality, giclee printed, on 140 lb archival cold pressed paper.

Keep away from direct sunlight and use UV-filter framing glass or acrylic for maximum longevity.

Limited Edition prints will not be reproduced, restocked, or sold in another format.

All prints take between 7-10 business days after ordering to ship from my studio. I use a local printer for reproduction and package each order by hand.

Framing

All works are unframed unless noted in the listing.

Framing is available and quoted separately. I work with the wonderful people at SimplyFramed to provide an easy, elevated and custom piece for your space.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will typically ship via USPS, 3-5 or 6-10 days; although some overweight pieces may go UPS Ground (weight depending). All orders come with tracking.

International Shipping

Orders will ship USPS or UPS; 6-10 or 7-15 days. The amount at checkout is an estimate. Any adjustments +/- will be handled through email. Purchaser is responsible for any VAT or taxes determined by customs, and is not included in my cost. Tracking is available 99% of the time, although can be a bit spotty as it travels.

Shipping Note

Shipping costs cover fees, packing supplies, time + labor.

I choose the carrier that provides the best price for you. Please contact me below if you need special shipping arrangements.

Refunds and Returns

My number one priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I do my best to display my pieces accurately and honestly. Keep in mind that all monitors are not created equal, and some colors may appear slightly different (most of the time for the better) in person.

Please read all descriptions, details, and measurements carefully as I do not accept returns or refunds when information is clearly stated. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can rectify the situation. Transit is not a predictable thing, but I do follow best practices so your purchase is protected.

Commissioned pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
