Shipping

Each and every piece is handled and packaged with care.

Do keep in mind that with any Original you may purchase, comes all the character, imperfections, and affection that was present during the making and creating of the piece.

Originals-

Works on paper up to 16x20 will ship flat inside a rigid envelope, anything bigger will be carefully rolled and send in a tube. These will be sent either First Class or Priority (weight depending)

Canvas + Birch Panels will be stoutly wrapped,  providing maximum protection during transit.  

In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of confirmed payment (unless specified for holidays or vacations)

Prints-

All prints are fulfilled by a local printer, per order, and will be shipped out within 7-10 of purchase order.

DOMESTIC-

Orders will mostly be shipped via USPS, 3-5 or 6-10 days; although some overweight pieces may go UPS Ground (weight depending). All orders come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL-

Orders will ship USPS or UPS; 6-10 or 7-15 days. The amount at checkout is an estimate. Any adjustments +/- will be handled through email. Purchaser is responsible for any VAT or tax determined by customs, and is not included in my cost. Tracking is available 99% of the time, although can be a bit spotty as it travels.

note-

Shipping costs cover fees, packing supplies, time + labor.

I choose the carrier that provides the best price for you! HOWEVER-- If you need rush delivery or have any special instructions, please let me know. I am happy to accommodate the best I’m able.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

My number one priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I do my very best to display my pieces accurately and honestly. Keep in mind that all monitors are not created equal, and some colors may appear slightly different (most of the time for the better) in person.

I ask that you PLEASE read all descriptions, details, and measurements carefully as I do not accept returns or refunds when information is clearly stated. 

However if your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can do my best to rectify the situation. Transit is not a predictable thing, but I do take the best steps I can to protect your purchase.

*Commissioned pieces can NOT be exchanged or refunded, as the process is done in stages, each with approval and with as much transparency that I can offer!
